We set out to create a clean modern and inviting interior in this renovated 2013 Forest River Salem T26TBUD, the space is cozy without being too cutesy. The design features light maple wood that contrasts with the dark almost black paint color, creating richness in texture and color. The white walls serve as a clean backdrop, and the subtle wallpaper pattern provides a blank canvas for the new owners to add artwork and decor that reflects their style.
Functionality is what drove the design in this 28' 8''feet long, one slide RV renovation, two additional drawers and more cabinet space improved the kitchen function, we also installed a new 3-burner stove, stainless vent hood, and microwave. On the entertainment divider between the living and main bedroom, we added a fireplace and additional storage shelving on both sides as well as integrated a large drawer and a shoe cubby into the design. The dining space has a custom bench that lifts up for storage, a custom table and chairs.
The bathroom underwent a complete overhaul and now features everything new and fresh, including the tub, toilet, interlocking vinyl tile shower walls, and custom maple cabinetry. We also upgraded and added more lighting to the space.
Most every finish was replaced in this complete remodel, the flooring, paint (Benjamin Moore Scuff-X), lighting, furniture, and window shades. We rebuilt most cabinetry, replaced all lighting, and even included a queen mattress (residential) and new Teddy Bear bunk mattress covers. We also detailed and resealed the exterior, re-coated the roof, replaced slide seals inside and out and installed two new 6-volt batteries. The tires are new, within the year. There is a large pass-through storage accessible from the outside that also can be accessed by lifting the bed.
